The discovery call is a conversation in which we'll discuss your goals and visions for your project. We'll see if CBJ Vision is the right fit for you. I do this to protect my peace as an artist in the business world. If my heart isn't in a project, I don't want to do it. If I don't want to do it, the product will not be as great as it could've been with someone whose heart was in it. This approach protects peace of mind and saves money for everyone involved.
Cancellation Policy
CBJ Vision Discovery Call Policy Purpose of the Discovery Call: The discovery call is a complimentary 15 minute consultation to understand your needs and discuss how CBJ Vision can help achieve your goals in photography, marketing, or creative strategy. Scheduling: Discovery calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Calls are conducted virtually via Zoom. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled call. No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notification may not be eligible for a rescheduled complimentary call. If a discovery call is missed without prior communication or planning, a $25 fee will be charged to schedule a new call. Preparation: To maximize the value of the discovery call, clients are encouraged to provide details about their needs or questions in advance. This information can be submitted during the booking process or via email. By scheduling a discovery call, you agree to these terms.
